He literally waited out the clock and took a step back 28 ft three

Why not drive, draw the fall, get the hoop or if you turn it over theres less than 3 seconds (it takes 3 seconds to get to half court)

In college you should go earlier than the NBA since the other team cant advance the ball. If you score with 2 or 3 seconds left you are in great shape.


In the NBA it makes sense to shoot at the buzzer.
