OP, thank you...... i love stuff like this....... BUT....

can anyone explain why UD's were 2-9 ATS in 2016 and 9-1-1 ATS in 2017?... did something change in that time? (of course, nothing would explain why those years are so extreme).

reminds me of college football bowl season. faves started out how this year, then dogs were very hot later on... so people say "ok, split it into 2 or 3 periods and bet accordingly". BUT the past experience is the opposite (moderately strong) of this year's bowl experience.

like i said, i love this stuff.......... but there's tons of variance especially when games land close to the point spread.
