I'm trying to find a site that can help me track line movement up to game time for international basketball games similar to what the SBR Odds page does for US games. Any help would be great.

KLC is brilliant and my guess is that he is refining his ability to pick off late live lines that appear to be highly juiced but may actually be undervalued.

Timing is everything.
