What an incredible game pitting the 2 best teams in Texas. I feel for the kids in South Dallas. What a bad loss that those kids will remember for the rest of their lives. How do you not knock the ball down or at least yank the kids arm out is beyond me. Northshore was 16-0, Duncanville was 15-0, someone's 0 had to go. No one will remember 2nd place which is pretty sad for a Duncanville team that was one of the best. They held opponents to 4 points a game before that game.

I think he did get out coached in spots but hard to blame a guy when your team is 1 play away from winning it all. The kids just didn't execute on that last play. Although, I'd put a couple tall receivers back there on defense to bat the ball away.

I can only imagine that the caliber of teams they were facing was pretty poor.

Are high school kids allowed to throw a forward pass once they run past the line of scrimmage? Looked like the QB was past the line on that Hail Mary. Or at leas very close.
