Winston doesnt elevate the level of play of his team. Case in point, the team played at the same level with Fitzpatrick.

A WINNER is someone like Russell Wilson. Doesnt fakk it up. Makes the biggest plays in the brightest moments. Makes everyone better around him. When they need a play he makes it. Thats a winner

Not to mention all of the off the field issues...

Dirk Koetter is a great offensive mind. If they get a decent qb and not a loser they will be in the hunt for the playoffs
