I am a biased Illini fan here but Illinois has won the last 5 in this series and has dominated this series for 30 years. Miznoz has had a much easier schedule up this point. Not saying Illini win this but to say this is a for sure winner Mizzery -1 is far from accurate.

I wouldn’t. Mizzou was better last year and still lost this game., Illini has played brutal schedule, should be more prepared/battle tested. Dude carrying on bout Tillman who scored 7 points last year in this game, lol. Guy doesn’t have much of a offensive game, he gets his off rebounds and some dunks but not like he a polished offensive post player.

You mean the game Xavier scored 1 point in 10 minutes after half? I suppose you could credit mizzou for that but their defense really isn’t that good. Illinois actually scored 3 more points on X than tigers did. Mizzou got x at home, Illinois got them on a neutral.

Losing to zags by 6 is getting destroyed? Bet tigers would lose to zags by more than that.

Both shoot 3 well, Illinois has defended it better vs better competition.

Ultimately Illinois prob a little improved over last season, tigers significantly worse than last season. Tigers should have beaten them last year and couldn’t pull it off. Now they incredibly even and you think mizzou is some great play? Coin flip.
