Big joe , It was one scratch last year.. so it's not a surprise people thought that...The same thing happend to me, I thought I won the heritage hat, When I went to customer service he told The funny thing was the second scratch was also the heritage hat so I was gonna be happy with the hat.. Then 3 scratches in a row had a $250 free play!!!
