I wonder what is causing SBR to let everyone back? Obviously traffic is way down, which is concerning because it's December not July.

My guess would be simply it's 2018, times are changing, and the 'millennial' just isn't interested in a gambling forum like SBR. For some reason the new, young generation of gambler just isn't coming to SBR (or probably anywhere for that matter).

Any other ideas?

I see as the opposite , gambling being legalized is driving more money into everything gambling , drives the need for membership, just like the books , it's a dog eat dog in the world of business .
SBR is a business , views , membership , however it's got to happen , make it happen . So bringing everyone back can't hurt . I mean 1 swift click of a banned button , they're gone .
