The reason I ask is your threads get a ton of traffic and your posts are lengthy. By no means am I saying change your posting style, but I just don’t have the time to read through your thread.

If you post from computer, you should highlight your plays in bold or something. I’d like to talk about the games but I just don’t have time to weed through everything.

5-4 last night, just can’t quite get back rolling. This stretch with the kids being away so home court isn’t the same is always the toughest part of season imo. At least stopped the mini losing streak.

58-43 overall.

The pro/non pro thing is stupid and mostly used by guys who too lame to talk shit properly!! Half the “pros” are broke dik losers who need the point system to have anything!! Lol., bottom line all I care about is post quality, if you add value by participating in discussions/making interesting threads who gives a shit whether someone a pro or not? There just as many garbage posters with pro by their name as non pro!!

Northern Iowa just didnt show up. When they clawed back and took the lead in the 2nd half, I thought they were gonna roll......instead they instantly went ice cold again, and fell back double digits. Frustrating game, but it happens.

Anyone seen holy cross assist rate? Holy cow that team shares the rock!! Assist on 72% of their baskets and have 4 guys w really good assist rates!! Hardly ever see teams w even 2 guys above 20% and they have 4. Every one their losses have came against teams inside KP top 100, they have handled their business against everyone else, then you look at their opponent this afternoon and see canisius only 3 wins have came against teams worse than 200th, beaten badly by teams like bonnies, usb, Memphis. Pretty much teams I’d rate rather closely to holy cross., so the play

Don’t think I could play them in Houston, Houston beaten lot of teams I’d put right around where I have utah st, plus they both played at BYU, Houston rolled them by 15ish, Utah st got rolled by bout 15. That game alone kinda says Houston or nothing to me.

I was thinking the same thing. Its my first time really using stats to cap CBB but based on what I've been looking at, Tech has a great defense and like you've said multiple times, defense travels. My only concern is if they can score enough late. At the opening number of 7, Duke would be the play but at 10, I think the value lies with Tech.

This game being in NYC may level the playing field here. 10 points is a bunch to lay in this spot IMO. Thinking of taking the undefeated Raiders here +10. They have played a incredibly soft schedule which annoys me and makes it harder to know how “real” some their numbers are? That said they did kick the crap out Nebraska who I really like and think it safe to assume the defense legit considering how they played it at similarly high level last season as well.

I’m looking, we in middle talking bout it now. Imo it take the points or pass, just haven’t decided yet. Tech has only played one decent team all year which worries me cause duke has tested themselves a lot more. Ohio/Purdue under 146.5. Both teams offenses are helped by offensive rebounding but both these teams really solid on the defensive glass so I just don’t think either will be getting many easy second chance points. Ohio gonna have a really hard time scoring cause they poor shooters and Purdue pretty strong inside. Thinking 60 just about all we should expect from Ohio here which means Purdue gonna have to go real high to get over this number, they could do it but don’t think the pace willl be there and as I said I don’t expect them to own the glass to a huge extent. It would take a monster night from behind the arc for it to happen imo. So while possible think odds on our favor this lands closer to 140.,

Jacksonville/Nd un 148..

Jacksonville offense is really bad, they typically play fast but just not sure they will be able to get that pace against mike Breys squad who always takes the air out of the ball. Neither team fouls much and this game should be way out of hand late so wouldn’t expect much urgency final few minutes. I made this low 140s so unless Irish get talked into running with these guys I think we stay under comfortably.

Ball st-16... it so rare for me to lay these kind of points as when you start getting into spreads this big why a team care if they win by 19 or 12?? That said I think this one is short, Howard is really bad but more importantly plays really fast so think this game gonna be way up tempo which ya’ll know makes me think the points less valuable. This is just a huge mismatch in a game their should be a really high number of possessions so the gap should widen and widen as game goes on. I have nut sack st by 20+ here so while not a fan of these spreads feel I gotta play this one.

I think I’ve decided to pass on Texas tech, my concern isn’t their defense it whether they can score on duke who been playing some lock down d of their own!! New plan is to hold out and hope this total keeps getting bet up and playing the under.
