If you accept live wagers on the 19th through 22nd holes, clearly it is for the match. They might be able to cancel the pre-match wagers, but live wagers are another animal. It even states in their live rules that they are for the ENTIRE MATCH. If Tiger would have won, live wagers would have been paid is my guess. Someone must have loaded up on Phil live besides me.

Wow, I'm in shock my fellow Phil backers aren't getting paid. All I can say is I had a total of $1,000 to win $1,500 on Phil and at betonline and it was paid/graded a winner immediately after the match. The thought of my bet being graded a push never even entered my mind. The fact that a match play golf event went to extra holes means nothing and shouldn't have any effect on wagers. I went crazy when Phil tapped in to finally win, kissed my brother and high fived Hughes about 10 times, they all knew I had action on it. Had I logged in to see it be graded a push, I would have been crushed.

here is betonline's rules for "tournament matchups", same as everywhere else (including 5dimes)... yet betonline graded phil bets a win (like everywhere else except 5dimes)

this wasn't really a tournament it was a heads up match i would think the rules would be the same as the world match play rules, after the opening round when it's elimination time and they play extra holes and somebody wins they dont' grade those as pushes whoever wins the match

Hey guys same thing happened to me so frustrating not sure how to post a pick when replying on iPhone but if someone tells me I can post a pic ... had $260 to win $420 and they cancelled the bet this clearly is not a tournament this is infuriating they clearly got torched cause all the money was on Phil and they’re acting shady....

They continued to accept live plays after 18 holes and refuse to pay me also. I have been arguing for 30 minutes. I play live golf every week and it always included full match. I then told them I want a refund on all my past live plays that that match went to extra holes. They are trying to pull a fast one here. Crooks.

I had in game Tiger and Phil wagers and both were cancelled.

I can confirm the wagers were cancelled before the match was over. I believe it graded before they teed off on hole 21. Based on this, they did not do it because they had more exposure on X player.

Good idea. File a complaint. SBR will go to battle for you. They helped me in the past to get paid more than 5k from different books.

enough already, quit defending this horrible grading... we know what match play grading rules are, i've bet them all the time at 5dimes and not once before has a bet been cancelled when it went to extra holes... at 5dimes or anywhere else

Can someone post their ticket? Did it say on the ticket that the Woods/Michelson event was a tournament or a final round match up? If it didn't say then you have a case.
