I wouldn't be surprised if UCLA wins few games, if any, this season but they will be in this conference road spot again.

Yup I drunkenly took Colorado last night then to realize that this could be a game where UCLA upsets. Anyhow I think this game will give us a good measurement of how good Colorado is. If they beat UCLA like Oklahoma or Fresno did then I think Colorado could be near top 25 team.

I will say that game was only game this year Martinez on Nebraska looked decent at times. Every other game he has looked terrible.

i like UCLA too.

not too much analysis behind my pick but here goes,

UCLA is going to get alot better quickly under Chip Kelly. they just had a week off so that should help. i understand that the freshman QB situation could be seen as a negative. but i see it as cathartic i.e. clearing the air.

colorado is not that good. although they have certainly surprised me in maintaining their improved status.... coach and QB are very good.

brings me to my final point. colorado QB is big running threat and good passing playmaker. but UCLA has good athleticism on defense. so i think they match up well. i'd be more worried about UCLA playing a higher powered running or passing defense. but colorado seems much more free-flowing and i think that sets up well for UCLA
