Looking at what happened with the raiders and Mack, he may be hoping for the trade that gets him the deal he wants. I'm pretty sure Cleveland has the money and the picks. He may end up with a team he doesn't want to be with, but with the security he's been begging for.

Unlikely. 24 of 27 computer models have the Steelers winning with an average line of +7.5. Even without Bell, Cleveland is going to struggle to score. Bell's absence isn't enough to swing a +7.5.
