I miss smoking in the malls and the arcades in the malls.
We had freedom then. Now it's like police state and everyone
has a shitty attitude.

The later 80s even had a hippie resurgence. All the old bands were touring
and the Dead were popular again. Lots of outdoor events with no cell phone rats.

Best but not well known movie and soundtrack of the 80's........
If you loved the 80's but never saw it,you must give it a watch...........
Movie definitely time stamped the 80's
Ozzy playing a priest calling it the Devil's music and must be stopped Lol..........
Gene Simmons playing a DJ.............
Good Ole Skippy from Family Ties playing the loser teen, who wants revenge
on those who bully him.......
Dark comedy would be the best fitting genre..........

For music the 80's was the best... Especially if you born in the late 60's or early 70's... I sure enjoyed it ..
That music still rocks.. Little bubble gummy and fruity today but still good..
This song reminds me of the 80's more then any other..
Go to a wedding and you will be amazed at the music that gets eveyone going, 16 to 70+, is the music I grew up with.
Late 70s into the 80s. Dance floor gets packed.
RIP. Matt "Guitar" Murphy from the "Blues Brothhers" band and movies.
Anyone who thinks the NBA is better today then in the 80s is simply delusional.
Individuals can be great. Teams can be great. The league stinks in comparison.

70's got the disco and rock beats.. 70's is where mind altering drugs really influenced the new sounds... Music lovers took sides.. Rock or Disco... Led Zep vs the Bee Gees so to speak..

Mainstream bitches took sides because they were told what to like, not unlike today. The music lovers listened to those who could encompass both, along with many other types of music, like the Grateful Dead and Prince and Michael Jackson; among others.

Same here mate, great memories going their for Christmas shopping as a young lad.
Maybe if they'd had a few more of those types shopping at Toys R Us they'd still be around.
