Has NJ said anything about mobile betting? All I see is a few weeks at b/m and tracks.

#358If a state doesn't want legalized sports gambling, they don't have to do a darn thing. Single-game wagering is already illegal everywhere (except, of course, Nevada). So if, say, Utah doesn't want sports gambling, they don't have to do a darn thing and it remains illegal in Utah.Comment -

#359Agree with the first price part. But there are plenty of good lines in vegas. And many books with low juice will limit or ban u. Like dimes and heritage. If u are a winning player and want to get a significant amount of money down. a lot of these offshore sites will not doComment -

Don't take this the wrong way but you've been quite the Debbie Downer since yesterday regarding the USSC ruling. Is there any particular reason why you oppose this so strongly?Comment -

#361A lot of delusion in this thread. Just look at the online poker fight and you’ll see not many states are ready to get into gambling. The ones that are progressive with poker will get sports betting up and running but that’s about 15% of the country. Most state senators and congressman are terrified of having a gambling yes vote on their record.Comment -

#362Any state which passes sports gambling will do so with a new law. Mobile betting will be up to the states.

BTW, if you got banned then it's your own fault. Spreading bets around town is ridiculously easy if you, as you say, actually lived there.Comment -

#366I had already invested in bookmaker and other gambling stocks because I knew the decision would open up at least fairly large portions of this, the largest market. I still think William Hill is a great buy. Does anyone think any particular group or stock will outperform Hill? TSG? CHDN? MGM or Wynn are large cap stocks already.Comment -

BREAKING: U.S. Supreme Court rules that federal ban on state-sanctioned sports betting is unconstitutional. Decides case in favor of New Jersey. Floodgates now officially open for other states to allow sports betting
Obama's SC says it is ok to force people to buy a product (healthcare) or have your tax return money be taken from you (thievery)
Trump's SC rules that the dumbass federal ban on sports betting for states on already shady leagues and games and outcomes is unconstitutional.

#377There needs to be leadership to get Cali moving. We need to get propositions on the ballot first of all. If Brick and Mortar books are easier to legalize then that should be a start. Mobile App gaming will have more clout and financial backing behind it, but it may have more downside with addiction issues if it doesnt have appropriate restrictions.Comment -

With this law being so clearly unconstitutional and the public's attitudes on gambling changing, I think this ruling was inevitable.Comment -
