Maybe they, the mods, should receive an infraction and pass it on to somebody that has no knowledge of the situation to get their view(s)

Then a fair and balanced conclusion can be determined

As when a poster gets banned, a mod should get banned from being a mod for 3 useless infractions that he/she gave
