He's a PG, doesn't really need to score. John Wall shoots less than 43% from the field for his career. Ball had 7 reb and 8 asst to go w/ just that 5 points, so, all in all it is what it is. He isn't a great shooter but if he volume shoots at just 43% FG he'll have same stats or better as John Wall...

After first summer league game the haters said he was trash, what does he do? Goes out and wins summer league mvp. Who cares about 5 pts, he wasnt drafted to fill it up. I have a strong sense you dont know much about Lonzo Ball yet made a thread about him as if you know what youre talking about, Im seeing a theme from you.

Did you hear Lavar Ball is pulling his youngest son LaMelo out of high school and going to personally train him for the next 2 years?!?!

First of all the kid is a cherry picking ball hog loser. Never gonna make it to the NBA, and he'll be going back for his GED just to get a job as an equipment manager or internship somewhere.

Just to add - this is probably due to the assumption that he lost his NCAA eligibility due to effectively having a shoe deal already.

The season havent even started and you already called him suck. One game of 5 points does not mean anything at all. I can tell you this for sure, he will definitely average more than 5 points this season. And maybe 5 assists and 5 rebounds too. Look me up after the season and see if I am right.

Huh? He's already projected to be a lottery pick in 2020. Kid is a lights out shooter (think better than Steph Curry at this stage) and can dribble his ass off. Do you really think a GED, Diploma, college degree is the best thing for him? LOL

I'm not a fan of Big Daddy Ball's big mouth but I damn sure can't criticize a guy that has parlayed 1 son and possibly 3 into the NBA. I have a neighbor that home schools their 10 year old son because he plays golf. I can appreciate a parent that believes in their son enough to do what they think is best which might go against the norm.

there is way more to basketball than just scoring. And superstar? I don't think anyone (besides his dad) considers him a superstar. The only thing wacka doodles here is your grasp of the NBA
