He did in the Republican primary pretty easily, and his message there was all about stopping the drug epidemic. Most likely his thought at the time, but I don't care what his thought at the time was. I shouldn't be able to read these transcripts. That's what the story should be. What's going on in Washington is fcked up on so many levels with these leaks.
