Seems like he has had few games lately where all a sudden has looked much better than the gas can we have come to expect. Hell his last start he went 7inn and only allowed 3 to the Stros, that ain't easy to do these days. Yea it be deemed final if it gets called but that means only ml bets count, total and rl bets would be refunded.

Anytime after 5th game becomes official but as I said only ml wagers count in those spots, rl and totals are cancelled.
