Plus, like most big programs, once you have one good season you feel like you're entitled to a dynasty, so it wouldn't have been much longer. Their O/U this year was only 5.5 wins.

Jesus sought out sinners first before communing with saints. Freeze is no different. Spreading the gospel to sexy hookers is no sin at all. I figured Ole Miss got rid of him because it was going to turn out that he was using escort services to entice recruits, and that is a big no-no.

How utterly dumb can you be? He uses a school phone to call a Detroit number to hook up with a Tampa Escort Service and can't figure out why he was caught? Nutt ratted him out to the school so he (Nutt) can get a nice cash settlement from the school. Ole Miss has no choice in the matter. AS far as their 2017 record is concerned, they were projected as a 5 win team. This may cost them the game at Cal, but I really do not see much more of a change in their season record than that.

It wasn't for him. It was for recruits in those areas. That's why Ole Miss fired him now. They don't want a severe penalty from the NCAA for lack of institutional control.

They said last night at the announcement there will be no buyout and no settlement so he's leaving with a damaged wallet and legacy.

I read today where a recruit asked Freeze a week or so ago how he handles the rumors since there was so much hanging over the program and Freeze told the kid well that's how it is when you get big, remember they nailed Jesus to the cross for it. What an ego man.

Any HC can get any one of 100 or more coeds on campus that we would die for. This just shows you how desperate teams will get to try and recruit kids. Half of those kids do not make it big. All of these 4 star and 5 star ranking are bull s**t. A good scout does not have to put a star rating on a kid to know if he is good or not.

Freeze was likely caught doing the same thing that Louisville was doing - arranging paid escorts for uncommitted recruits. Pitino got off with only a 5 game suspension because he's Rick Pitino and they were able to blame it on a low level assistant. Freeze was dumb enough to make the calls himself. He was arranging escorts from the Tampa area to service his Florida area recruiting targets at their homes.

Imagine you are a recruit, and two girls show up at your house and say "We are a present from Ole Miss"...that's taking recruiting to an entire new level. Don't even wait for the recruits to show up on campus for their recruiting visit, deliver the presents right to their front door.
