I bet about $50 a play give or take. I am down close to 3k since March 20th. I tail several guys here and take my own plays here and there. I rarely go bigger than that on a single play. Its kind of embarrassing to even bring this up but idk how to turn it around. 3k In that time frame is a lot to me. Betting $50 or so a game doesn't seem like much but looking at it as a whole, and the results I've had, it's pitiful to say the least. I work full time, make decent money and can't save a friggin dime. Getting extremely sick of paying the book every week. I feel like I can't lose as much is I do only betting the amount I do but somehow I do. I guess I just suck that bad. I feel like I can't stop til I go on a decent run and get something back but it doesn't look like that'll ever happen. Shit is depressing.

$3k is sunk cost. Don't try to get that back. It affects your capping. If your losing by tailing folks then there is one solution. Stop or fade them. That said I've been here for years and I've never found someone you could tail or fade every play and win. You'll have weeks of good or bad but that's it.
Take a break for a few weeks. Focus on other parts of your life. I can't stress enough though. That $3k has to be something you write off. When you come back, focus on trying to be up $100 each week. Pick spots that give you best chance to be just 2 games over .500.
