Yea the casino loss hurt what pisses me off is they blocked it and they even asked me when they did why i wanted it blocked. I told them i did not want to lose all the money i had just won in their stupid casino. And they reopened it anyway. I know my own fault for going in but it was still an underhanded shitty thing to do to someone who told them that before.

I started a thread so everyone ca see it in case i get screwed . But i got refunded my entire amount on the game . He really did not give me a reason other then "They had an issue with the game" . So my money is all back in the account. He said it would be sorted out in the morning. I said i just want this game cancelled then because it seems fishy to me. If i win in the morning they can say Oh there was a glitch but we refunded you your money. If it Loses they can say Oh your bet stands because we fixed everything back to the way it was.
I told him no matter how this ends i want my money back then. Just to be on the safe side. He agreed and totally saw my point he said and assured me the money will remain refunded in my account.
If later i see they took the cash out again i will be going ballistic . I just took a picture with the time on my computer and the balance in case they try and say it never happened.Comment -

Oh yes DEFINITELY weird . I am not sure when they refunded it. If they did it after the 3rd right away it looked good for the Over needing only 4 more. Now 3 more 2-2 . Maybe it was an honest glitch not saying it was not. But to cancel a bet on a game like this is weird. I just do not want them to try and restore the bet right before it ends or in the morning come back and say i lost after the fact. At this point i just want my money back and they get 1 pass on an honest mistake.
If this happens again when i am All in i will not believe it is so accidental. I mean how easy is it when i am All in on a bet say a $2000 parlay that is about to win and they cancel it like this again . They already ripped me off again in the casino $5500 now this is happening. I still am supposed to have that $1500 coming once the card gets here lets see what happens there too.Comment -

For you it is right now, for me it would have been a win because i took a point to 6.5. So their glitch cost me $500 . Honestly if they want to do the right thing and it really was a glitch and they see i had a legit bet on this they should as any book would do- pay this out as a win. If they do that i will absolutely praise them on here.
However -like i said it just seems fishy and with all the complaints on them i wonder if this was on purpose. I wonder how many more this happened to at DSI i cannot be the only one this happened to there.
They need to do something to compensate me because this would have won. Even if it was an honest glitch a legit company would do something for the inconvenience . I just do not know when they did cancel this i have a feeling it was early on . When the Over really looked pretty good before all the scoreless at bats. Either way this bet was legitimately made. It was not a bad line . There was absolutely no reason to cancel it. Let's see what happens because i know i said i wanted it cancelled but that was because it seemed fishy to me and i did not trust how it looked right then. But still it should have never BEEN cancelled. That is 100% on them and if it went like it should have went i would have won $500. They need to do something to make up for this.
