Is that right,thats wild,I think if English people didn't love their beer so much wed all live to a ripe old age like those old f@ckers in China. Tea keeps you wired mate,dont remember the last good night sleep I had to be honest.I recommend green tea if your looking for a healthy alternative,one cup a day is good for you,give it a try.

Yep Packerd, Green tea is proven to be one of the healthier teas for sure.. Black teas are good as well but that has the most caffeine in it.. Talk about being wired.. Last time I felt I was catching a flu bug I had 3 straight cups of black tea with lemon and I was bouncing off the walls.. Killed the flu bug though in it's tracks

I'm a coffee drinker myself, gotta have my cup of mojo every morning.. Wouldn't dare drink tea or coffee at night, I'd never sleep... It's proven now coffee is pretty good for you also.

Yes Chico tea and coffee both stain your teeth which sucks

... I use whitening tooth paste which helps..
