if they were healthy, I would agree with you...but no AJ Greene (their main offensive weapon) and no Gio Bennard (one of their top running backs)...the Ravens will double cover Eifert and they should be able to contain Jeremy Hill...do this, and the ginger will throw up all over himself like he usually does in games of this magnitude...
