Saw a stat that there have been 15 100 win teams since 2000 (16 w Cubs this year). Of those 15, 9 lost divisional series, 3 lost in lcs, and only 1 of the
Remaining 3 won the World Series.

There was a stat on SVP last night... Something like only 4 times now a team has come back and won when down 3 entering the 9th.

The first 3 times all happened in 1986 and has not happened again until last night. Found that hard to believe that it has been 20 years

Crazy. I was on Cubs and wanted Fowler to make last out in the 8th desperately. I knew if Bryant, Rizzo, Zobrist were due up in the 9th with the Giants pen coming in the game there was at least a prayer. Maddon pinch hitting Addi for Coghlan to make Bochy pull his closer, just to then put Contreras in instead to pinch hit who hit the 2 run single was genius. Great game.
