The problem is that they are now protesting every black getting killed by the cops whether it is justified or not. The woman cop in Tulsa was obvious which is why she got charged, just like the cop in South Carolina that shot the black guy when he was running away.

The only thing that is going to quickly change is going to be the response time by the police to calls in the black neighborhoods.
