My grandmas 93. Her social security checks are the only way my aunt can keep her house. Let's say she dies and somehow we never report it. We have some friends in Wisconsin that will help out in getting rid of the body without anyone knowing. Her SS checks keep coming and that helps my aunt make ends meet. Suddenly it's November and my grandmas sister comes over for coffee and it turns to the election and suddenly my grandmas sister is voting twice. Once as herself. Once as my grandma. She is still registered and its two old ladies. How will anyone know. They vote for the one most likely to maintain or increase their income.

That would work, but you have to figure in the WHY factor. Other than someone paying them to commit voter
fraud, which is punishable with jail time/ fine, what purpose would voting twice do? It would have to be on a
