Immigration Trump ^^^^Hillary wants 550% more Syrian refugees to come if she is elected.. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD COMMIT TO THAT NOW??

Reading up on what the Syrian refugee influx damage did to Europe just today and besides the recent terrorist attacks - Tourism income getting slammed!!!

Flights to Europe dirt cheap now, hotels and B&B's vacant especially in places like Paris, France.. Germany and France tourism is suffering big time, citizens are getting raped not only by the Syrian male refugees but with the fear factor of tourists now reluctant to fly in, business has suffered and tourism income is way down..

What a mess this Syrian refugee immigration plan did.. Democrats won't give it up and admit it's harmful and dangerous still..

YOU DON'T LET IN MUSLIM SYRIAN REFUGEES!!! The writing is on the walls.. Extreme venting or not.. That alone should make you want to vote for Trump.

Rocky boiman (st x) nfl was a trustee for green township when I lived in cincinnati. The had to take more section 8 so he tried to bury the in a part of his township. Of course they weren't that close to his parents. Needless to say his political career was over when the public found out.

Has nothing to do with Hillary and its not her plan she could care less about a refugee, its the plan of those who run this country. When are you gonna listen to me. Doesnt matter who's president the call is open borders, doesnt matter if Trump was president or not, quit being fooled by this versus criteria going on they are all batting on the same team. In a perfect world with terrorists, bombs, rapes, etc. do you really think a leader of a country who cared about the prosperity of their country would voluntarily promote letting such in?

Can't trust middle eastern muslim young men fresh off the boat that are use to living under Shari law... They don't know our laws, freedoms, and will never live or abide by them as witnessed by what we've seen happen in Germany.. They have limited education and no real work skills.. They will turn to crime first even before even learning the English language....

It won't happen in my neighborhood or on my watch Chico as I'll call Home land security daily on their Muslim aggressive asses.

Deutsche Bank (DB) was the conduit for turning rubles into dollars through mirrored stock trades in Moscow and abroad — a scheme outlined in the Aug. 29 New Yorker magazine.
The trades began in 2011, according to the piece. The background:
“… Because the Russian company and the offshore company both belonged to the same owner, these ordinary-seeming trades had an alchemical purpose: to turn rubles that were stuck in Russia into dollars stashed outside Russia. On the Moscow markets, this sleight of hand had a nickname: konvert, which means “envelope” and echoes the English verb “convert.” In the English-language media, the scheme has become known as ‘mirror trading.’ Mirror trades are not inherently illegal. … Viewed with detachment, however, repeated mirror trades suggest a sustained plot to shift and hide money of possibly dubious origin. Deutsche Bank’s actions are now under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice, the New York State Department of Financial Services, and financial regulators in the U.K. and in Germany. In an internal report, Deutsche Bank has admitted that, until April, 2015, when three members of its Russian equities desk were suspended for their role in the mirror trades, about ten billion dollars was spirited out of Russia through the scheme. The lingering question is whose money was moved, and why. … Many businesses in the Russian Federation avoid taxes by using offshore jurisdictions, such as Cyprus, for their headquarters. Rich Russians, meanwhile, often funnel their private fortunes offshore, in an effort to hide their assets from the capricious and predatory Russian state.
For more — The New Yorker met with brokers in Moscow, and talked with or about many interested parties — see “Deutsche Bank’s $10 Billion Scandal.”
The VanEck Vectors Russia exchange-traded fund (RSX) was down nearly 1% headed into the close Monday.

15k new Hillary emails discovered as evidence of Clinton Foundation pay-to-play scheme grows

The FBI has found nearly 15,000 emails that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton never turned over after she left office. Some show that foreign officials tried to curry favor with the State Department by donating millions to the Clinton Foundation.

The existence of the 14,900 messages was revealed during a court hearing on Monday. Judicial Watch, a conservative foundation that promotes integrity in government, has been seeking to release those emails, all of which were found on one computer disc that includes emails and attachments sent directly to or from Clinton or in which she was included at some point in the email chain. Monday’s court hearing was to determine the schedule by which the new emails will be released.
                                      <center></center>
Also on Monday, Judicial Watch released 725 pages of State Department documents, including 20 email exchanges in which Clinton was a participant. More than a dozen of them added further evidence of a pay-to-play scheme in which foreign officials donated millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation and its Clinton Global Initiative in exchange for access to the State Department.
In one of the message chains, the Clinton Foundation’s Doug Band emailed Clinton’s aide at the State Department, Huma Abedin, about a “good friend of ours,” Crown Prince Salman of Bahrain. He was “asking to see her,” Band wrote in June 2009.
The crown prince had already asked to see Clinton through “normal channels,” Abedin replied. “I asked and she doesn’t want to commit to anything.”
Two days later, Abedin wrote Band that Clinton was able to meet with Crown Prince Salman, and that he should let the Bahraini royal know if he sees him. “We have reached out thru official channels,” she added.

Salman is “essentially a foreign head of government” who “couldn’t get a meeting through official channels” so “he had to go through the Clinton Foundation’s Doug Band to get a meeting with Mrs. Clinton,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton told C-SPAN during an interview Monday morning. Salman, through the Crown Prince’s International Scholarship Program, donated more than $32 million to the Clinton Global Initiative between 2005 and 2010, while the Kingdom of Bahrain donated between $50,000 and $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Bahrain Petroleum gave an additional $25,000 to $50,000, Clinton Foundation documents show.
“I don’t know if Band was acting as a foreign agent; maybe he should have been registered [as such], I don’t know,” Fitton said. “It raises the question whether public office was illegally used to benefit a private entity or private individual.”
Clinton has consistently defended her use of a private email server to conduct official business, in part because previous secretaries of state did so. She reportedly told the FBI during a three and a half hour interview in early July that her predecessor at the State Department, Colin Powell, “counseled” her at a private dinner to use a private email account rather than a governmental one, according to FBI notes of that interview that were handed over to Congress last Tuesday.
Over the weekend, however, Powell denied that the conversation happened.
“The truth is she was using it (her personal email) for a year before I sent her a memo telling her what I did [during my term as secretary of state],” Powell told Page Six on Saturday. “Her people have been trying to pin it on me.”
                                      <center></center>
Powell used a personal AOL email account for unclassified messages when he served as secretary of state, and he did write Clinton “an email memo” outlining how that personal email “vastly improved communications within the State Department,” a spokesman told NBC News.
“To be clear, Colin Powell shouldn’t have been doing government business on his private email account, either. But that was a Yahoo-type account ‒ he didn’t set up a server to do his private business or his government business. He didn’t, for the most part, do classified, purposefully do classified business on that system,” Fitton said of the difference between Powell’s actions and Clinton’s. “When Mrs. Clinton came into office, they did have a non-classified email system for her to use that she could have used, but she declined to use.”

The Judicial Watch president also noted that two current members of the Obama cabinet, Defense Secretary Ash Carter and Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, have both sought to avoid Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requirements, with Carter using a private email server, even after the Clinton scandal broke, and Johnson receiving waivers to access personal emails via government computers despite security concerns.
“You know, the government doesn’t want you to know what they’re doing, and that’s true Republican or Democrat administration,” Fitton said. “And the widespread use of email and other internet media like text messaging is a challenge because the government officials know there are ways of keeping things from us, so we just have to keep on tracking it.”
The Department of State has known about the newly revealed emails at least since August 5, which is when the FBI finished turning over all its material related to its investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server while secretary of state, the Washington Post reported. The agency officially closed its case against Clinton on July 7.
The State Department has yet to sift through all the documents to determine if any will be held back or redacted due to either their personal nature or for security reasons. On top of that, some emails may be duplicates of previously released ones. The agency has promised to begin releasing the messages in weekly batches beginning on October 14. They will also provide a status update so that District Judge James E. Boasberg can determine which ones would need to be produced under Judicial Watch’s FOIA request.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday tossed out the bribery conviction of former Virginia Governor Robert McDonnell, who was found guilty of accepting thousands of dollars in cash and gifts.
                                        <figure class="img_half" style="box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px 1.125em 1.125em 0px; float: left; width: 292px; color: rgb(35, 35, 35); font-family: ProximaNovaRegular, &quot;Helvetica Neue&quot;, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 24px;"><figcaption class="img-caption img-caption_default no-margin-bottom" style="box-sizing: inherit; color: rgb(89, 89, 89); max-width: none; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0.47461em; font-size: 0.79012em; line-height: 1.18652; margin-bottom: 0px !important;">Former Virginia Gov. </figure>The decision rejected the federal government's view of how broadly federal bribery laws can reach.
The ruling makes it harder for federal prosecutors to bring corruption cases against state and local officials. And it may complicate the government's efforts to try federal office holders for corruption, including Sen. Robert Menendez, a New Jersey Democrat accused of doing political favors in exchange for contributions and other gifts from a Florida eye doctor.
The ruling also spares McDonnell from having to report to prison to serve a two-year sentence. Prosecutors could seek to put McDonnell on trial again but with different jury instructions on the definition of corruption.
In sending the case back, the unanimous opinion cuts the heart out of the government's case against McDonnell. The ruling narrows the definition of "an official act," and in so doing would make it very hard for the government to retry the case.

"Setting up a meeting, hosting an event, or calling an official (or agreeing to do so) merely to talk about a research study or to gather additional information," does not meet the definition, the court wrote.
The government claimed that when McDonnell performed those kinds of actions, in return for gifts and cash, he was violating the law.
McDonnell said the ruling made for "a day in which my family and I rejoice and give thanks.
"From the outset, I strongly asserted my innocence before God and under the law. I have not, and would not, betray the sacred trust the people of Virginia bestowed upon me during 22 years in elected office," he said in a written statement.
A jury convicted him in 2014 on a host of federal bribery charges for accepting $175,000 in money and luxury goods from a Virginia businessman who wanted help getting two state universities to conduct research on a diet supplement.
The businessman wrote checks to help McDonnell pay credit card and real estate debts and cover the cost of catering his daughter's wedding. Among the gifts were a Rolex watch, $20,000 worth of designer clothes for McDonnell's wife, Maureen, and the use of a country club, a vacation home, and a Ferrari sports car.
None of those favors were illegal under Virginia law, which had no limit on gifts or loans given to public officials. But McDonnell was charged with violating federal anti-corruption statutes.

The alternative is one of the not-horrible candidates running; there are two who are capable of being elected, and one of them has experience actually doing a lot of the things Trump talks about but has no clue how to accomplish

She's in favor of the TPP, which undermines American sovereignty and American workers. She'll further the culture war to pander to her American hating base. How is she not a terrible candidate?

If Trump is going to have his hands tied as you suggest, then what is there to fear from him? He'll push for the policy he's outlined and appoint judges who will preserve the 1st and 2nd amendments.
I guess it depends on what we call culture wars? I dunno, I tend to think people have certain rights, and anyone not violating someone else's rights should be able to do as they please. Don't try to force a fake acceptance of your choices on anyone, and don't expect to prevent them from making their own choices which may offend you.

Yup, Hillary is terrible, we agree 100%...there's a 0% chance she's getting my vote. But instead of voting for Trump and just hoping he somehow evolves a clue and practical policies along the way (a very slim hope by his own undisputed actions, nothing to do with media portrayal of him), I'm voting for Johnson, a guy who is much much better than both of Clinton and Trump.

A shame really...as unlikable as Clinton is, Johnson would destroy her if people voted based on what a candidate is likely to do instead of what they say lie about doing. Instead, people have somehow convinced themselves that their only hope is an even less likable person in trump, and that somehow his limited base of support is going to not lose in a landslide. When Clinton unfortunately takes office as seems all but inevitable, I think it's safe to say Trump and his supporters will have to take the blame for stubbornly staying with such a losing, terrible candidate.

Trump is not a loser. He is a leader who is fearless and smart.

Gary Johnson is the "dude weed" candidate, he's not a principled libertarian, he's a modal libertarian who'll apply tactical nihilism wherever it fits his agenda. Furthermore, he's proven can't be trusted given his outreach to the #NeverTrump neocons. If it wasn't for Trump, Jeb would have been the nominee and he'd already of lost.

It's a major point, but it's hard to say that disqualifies him when it's no different than the other candidates want to do. Who cares if he used or advocates legalization of weed? Most of America doesn't. I don't see reaching out to people for votes as untrustworthy either, so long as he doesn't lie or compromise his message....it's an election, guy needs votes, why wouldn't he reach out to people and emphasize what he believes that #nevertrumps also believe?

It doesn't seem likely any other candidate besides Trump would have lost...any candidate who could keep their mouth shut would probably be doing better and keeping the spotlight on Clinton's misdeeds. Who knows though, not like Jeb is any better policy-wise than the rest of the clowns.
