So the story at large from 2016 likely centers around "auto plate scanners"
A 3M invention
They read over 1500 plates per minute in 3d and the data on the registration is available to the officer instantly.
This officer was likely just driving by and his computer flagged the car as a registered owner w expired license, hence he did the 180 and came back.
Now, that's not probable cause....frankly, I feel it's illegal and a breach of privacy.
But you know how liberals and big brother LOVE tracking and data accumulation. Imagine what will become of our police state once these databases are available to LE nationwide with all our history.
They can create PC w bullshit lies already...what if some liberal judge allows them to use our data, our own history, as probable cause for a stop, a search or a seizure?
The "defunding" of law enforcement is WAY OVEDUE. fire 60% of active cops, sheriffs and troopers, cut the pensions to 0, and eliminate the use of technology as auditing in probable cause and we wont see anymore of these nuisance pull overs clogging our system.
