40 year fan here! I'm sick of it. They bypass Paxton Lynch and in round 2, pick Christian Hackenberg. Penn State always produces losers. I can still remember Blair penetrating Thomas-LMAO. I also remember Ki-Jana Carter. Goddamn it. If you don't take Lynch, focus on something else. We have Bryce Petty sitting there also. So sick of this. Hacekenberg is a 2nd round bum like Geno Smith.

Was thinking the same thing when I saw they got Hackenburg. At times Ive liked his seemingly natural looking qualities as a qb, but something is missing with him and lol he ends with the Jets. Alot of teams in the NBA like always make the wrong picks also, like those teams who always select a small forward or pg when theyve already got like 5 on the roster.

I just thought of another Penn State bum that didn't pan out for the Jets in the NFL. Kyle Brady was this heavily muscled (can't miss) tight end.....He was a major bust. When Paxton Lynch is available and you have Geno and Fitz, you must take him. .Instead, they get Hackenberg in the 2nd round and most likely could've gotten him in the 3rd round. It's a panic pick. There's still QB's on the board and what is Bryce Petty doing as a Jet when they're basically going to get another Bryce Petty>

Nothing like petty he ran a pro style offense freshman year and was at his best then was feed to the nittany lions, he was running Pats offense kid is smart. Plus MM comes from the school of thought you pick a QB until one sticks that's how important a position it is period

Nothing great about Hackenburg! completes 50% against college DB's alot more QB's that didn't get drafted with much more upside.Conner Cook, Nate Sudfeld, Brandon Doughty and even Mike Bercovici just to name a few. They should have went defense with that pick but what do you expect, it's the Jets.
