consider this , they not only led the league in runs scored last season
they led the next closest team (Yankees) by 130 runs ..... thats freakish

They led the league in Homers,OBP,extra base hits, slugging,Ribbies, and OPS....

Plus Smoak is raking this spring ... thats an added bat they don't even need

Jeter,Arod,Matsui, and Cano never put up collective numbers as these guys

hell.... they were even 4th in total stolen bases

Thats only the offense. Pitching has some questions (as many teams do)
but did you know the Blue Jays were the most efficient defensive team in all of baseball in 2015

    Over 86.5 for 5 units (-120)

One, if not both, of those will go under. Even a split results in a profit.
Ive considered both... thing is, they could play so awful and
still cover the last week of baseball when teams are resting
      Going to lay off those

That's what I came up with.. if I were planning on betting them (and I might now) I'd check more indepth and probably knock a few off though I was pleased to see that my overs and unders were even (8 unders to 7 overs) so that tells me I'm not being unrealistic

Also came up with these futures:

      U51.5 Doubles -145
      Stanton o36.5 HR -135
      Longoria u23.5 HR -145
      Kyle Schwarber u27.5 HR +105

      Dallas Keuchel o14.5 W -135

How many of those you going to play ?

Great starting pitching, that bullpen leaves some to be desired. They also have a lot of high strikeout/low walk guys (Cabrera, Cespedes, Granderson). None of their hitters really get on base at a great clip. I think d'Arnaud takes a step forward this year but has to stay healthy.

Scouting reports will be much more in-depth on Syndergaard this year, as well as Matz. Harvey is an injury risk.

I'm staying away from them. I could see them winning 95 or so, but could also see them barely breaking .500

Really like the Lindor bet, he hadn't hit above .289 since High-A in 2013. Had a high BABIP last year so that should drop, along with a scouting report upgrade. I could see him hitting .275-.285

I believe in this team, and more importantly the Twins believe in themselves

Their starters had excellent spring training's

Park is showing the talent really is there with his .300 batting average over 50+ at bats

                        Byron Buxton, CF
                        Brian Dozier, 2B
                        Joe Mauer, 1B
                        Miguel Sano, RF
                        Byung Ho Park, DH
                        Trevor Plouffe, 3B
                        Eddie Rosario, LF
                        Eduardo Escobar, SS
                        Kurt Suzuki, C

That isn't a bad starting lineup at all. Young talent and power there
cant forget that Joe Mauer should have a bounce back year also

Bullpen is solid enough to get the job done on most nights

I wish their starting pitching struck more batters out though

I don't believe in the Twins. Sano is solid, Buxton will hit better and has great defense but not sold on Rosario or Park. Mauer is getting up there, Suzuki is mediocre at best. Their rotation is very hit or miss. All of their starters are up and down, they'll have good years and terrible ones. Their bullpen is mediocre and they're in a pretty tough division.

I stayed away from them, if all their starters pitch like their better seasons they could push for a wildcard spot, if their worse seasons all show up then they'll struggle to win 70. If they get a mixed bag then they're going to end up right around the number.

                          Good luck tho!

The most disrespected team once again is KC (84.5). Didn't they go to the World Series twice in a row? And they have basically the same team. OVER!

Exactly. Also the Indians have a team to be reckoned with this year. The pitching staff may finally come together with that young talent they have.

                                            took one last bet.

                                            Padres under 73.5 season wins.

                                            $120.00 to win $104.00

Depending on the book, Tigers Over might be a refund if they do not play make-up game Monday.

last year's total play cashed for me. This season it's the Pirates OVER 85. I'm thinking along the same lines as I did with the Indians last year. Young, talented pitching that has loads of upside. I'm on the Nova bandwagon this year. I think he's due for a great season.
