Not really. Nova outplayed them for the entire game except for the small stretch where KU went on that run. And before KU backers say that KU had a horrible shooting night, Nova did too, if anything Nova shot the ball worst.

KU shot 46% from the field (23-50), KU shot 27.3% from 3's (6-22)

Only advantage Nova really had was at the FT line where they shot 18-19 whereas KU shot 7-11. What game did you watch?

Dommy mad respect here but thats no phantom foul....you can't dive on a player who is gaining possession of a loose ball.....also some very questionable calls keeping Eliis from getting his 4th foul....obvious block that went in called a charge in the 2nd half......refs really helped keep him in game.....christ they had a 6'2 guard on him in the post and couldn't get him the ball.....better team wins here

Clearly you were watching another game...should have been a play on there with such minimal contact. Not like he undercut a rebounder in midair. Better team won regardless.

I didn't say anything son. I explained to you why THE OFFICIALS did not reward a one and one on that play. It was THEIR estimation that Kansas HAD CONTROL (team control) at the time the foul was called. Theres no free throws on team control fouls. Learn the fukin rules

dude are you that stupid? I wasnt the official calling the play. Did i feel it was a foul? Yes. Would I have given them free throws? Yes. You make a ridiculous statement that the officials knew they blew the call which is why they didn't give nova the free throws. I merely explained to you why they didn't. In their estimation (not mine) they determined Kansas had control of the ball at the time of the foul.

I locked in a little on UNC -9. Cuse has gotten by and made big plays when it counted. I just don't see them being able to mimick what they pulled off on Virginia. M Richardson is going to be a star soon...that's for sure...

It's tough to beat a conference opponent 3 times in 1 season. UNC beat Cuse by 9 and by 5, and now they're supposed to cover 9 or 10 with ease?

UNC beat em by 9 but it was tied at half and there were about 10 lead changes. UNC won by 5 at home in a 1-possession game up until the last 10 seconds.

I get Paige is shooting now, but so is Malachi Richardson. Both of these teams have vastly improved over the past few weeks. Don't be surprised if this one comes down to the last shot.

i really like nova too.. surprised he is on okla.. they should be able to beat okla considering they essentially dominated kansas from start to finish, outside of a 3 min stretch

I know it sounds silly, but that's how I saw MSU last year (happy with Final Four) and Tyus Jones and Duke were dead set on a ship.

And OU will come in with confidence since they waxed Nova already, and should be able to take advantage of those open looks and transition buckets again.

I really know nothing about Oklahoma and them "wanting to win more" than Nova. I think Nova getting to the sweet 16 was their biggest hurdle after 3 years of losing the 1st weekend. I don't take that much credence in a december game that I think they played in Hawaii. Ochefu playing lights out now and Hart & Brunson were just beginning the season. If anything Im hoping Oklahoma comes in a bit cocky thinking they already beat this team once Should be a great game though. Good luck
