Well boys (and Mikejammmmm), it has clearly been too long.....I am not even sure how long it has been, but I tuned out somewhere
just after the NHL regular season ended last year and just before my beautiful daughter was born.
On May 22nd 2015 we welcomed Aila Isabelle to the world, born at St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver, she weighed in at 7 pounds 15, and was 22.5 inches long. She is absolutely perfect....and I could not be more proud.
I also did the respectful thing and made Melissa
my wife on October 14th. It was an absolutely amazing day and not one thing about it could have been more perfect. What a party!!
The new job continues of course, but it isn't quite as new as before....with my one year anniversary coming up...work is great. I am traveling a load, but hopefully that will ease up sooner than later.
As for sports betting.....I left it alone for quite some time (6 months or so), but the inevitable has happened and I am back making bets. I won't ever bet so many games as I used to, and I really am not following the NBA anymore at all, as there really just are not enough hours in the day to make it all work. I will say that I have had a great start to the NHL season and the few picks I have made in the NFL have gone well as well.
I would imagine that I will continue to come and go from this forum, taking an extended summer leave each year as I cannot pick MLB games better than a monkey with a dartboard.....those of you that followed me two years ago will remember what a mess that was....I gave back a lot of profit on MLB and will not do that again. It's funny that my favourite sport is my nemesis.
And for those of you that thought I blew my was or was working the strip in Vegas (Jammer.....what a tard) I wanted to let you know that I am still around and loving life.
The plan with SBR at this point is to post a few picks here and there....maybe just the bigger stuff and continue to enjoy the site for what it is worth. I missed most of you guys.....and it's good to be back (again).
