Drop off last year was due to extreme humidity and a slight rain.

Humidity is high again this year, 70%. Not as high as last year but high enough to have a negative impact.

He really wants to get to 70.

I think he will get close even if he isn't on his "A" game.

Over 65.5 is a lock. Max it out. I can't get more than $500 on it but I wish I could. Dead serious here. It's a max play. He is a true pro. This is his Mecca.

If the humidity was over 78% I would say no way but at 70% it's manageable, and last year was a learning experience. He's going to get to the high 60's easy.
