It's not the predatory lenders, its the irresponsible borrowers

Why would the lenders do their due diligence?
There's no money to made off of people who pay back everything promptly.
    Thats just bad business

One thing is for sure, if a bank or gov't is willing to lend more, then the colleges can charge more. So ask yourself, on this issue, what really made college tuition skyrocket?

If someone handed me the poll, I'd probably pick Deez Nuts too.

Trump's popularity rate is at an all-time high after he announced that he wanted illegal immigrants out of the US. He was egging on Jeb Bush. It sucks that his Celebrity Apprentice is done with, but he's really in the zone. I'm worried about his age. He would be 70, but Reagan was older. Should get good in finding out the outcome.

Truth is, many of them drop out before the course is finished, or never get the job they were looking for if they do graduate. Once they go into default, they then get mad because they can't get even more student funding. About 40% of the people I talk to are unemployed. More than half of them are paying $5/month to try and get it out of default so they can take even more money later.

There is enough money going out there for college funding. The problem is that the government is giving it to way too many irresponsible people.
Interesting. I'm sure you deal with plenty of "knuckleheads and goofballs" JK, 2015.

I would like to see the government subsidize higher education, not loan the money out and tack on interest but subsidize 12 hours per semester for anyone wanting to go to college. I think we would be better off as a nation if we got people educated. Much more so than losing thousands of lives and nearly a trillion dollars for a war in Iraq that didn't need to happen.

Precisely, what needs to be done is very simple, a student in textiles and design should get very minimal subsidized and unsubsidized assistance while a STEM student should get far more.

See like most entitlements that liberals pass, they build them all on the historically flawed good faith system and it has never worked.

No argument. I think a lot of liberals would agree with you.

What is subsidized should reflect our need as a country. I would go out on a limb and say for the forseeable future that STEM students would absolutely and should absolutely get their education paid for by the government.

</cite>Donald Trump has been drawing large crowds at events throughout the country, but his next event in Alabama could draw his largest gathering yet.

Trump is holding a Friday night "pep rally" in Mobile, Alabama, and because of increased expected attendance, a last minute venue change is taking place, the campaign said Thursday.

Previously planned for the nearby Civic Center -- which can hold up to 4,000 people -- the event is now being moved to the 43,000-seat Ladd-Peebles Stadium, normally home to high school football games.
"It's because of Mr. Trump's message of making America great again which is why people want to come out and hear that message," Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski told CNN.

Can Trump fill a football stadium for a campaign event?

As of Thursday morning, 35,000 tickets to the event have been distributed, according to the Trump Campaign. Tickets are being made available on an Eventbrite page for free. Local police spokesman Terence Perkins confirmed to CNN that the City of Mobile Police Department is expecting at least 30,000 people to turn out.
                                          Trump leads bush in Florida

Ed Behm, director of operations with Ladd-Peebles Stadium says that they don't know exactly how many people will actually turn out, so they're operating under the assumption of maximum capacity. They plan to hire additional staff, he says.

"The venue is a lot bigger, so obviously it's a lot harder to have personal interaction," Lewandowski says. Trump is expected to mainly focus on immigration, and "talk about a number of things that he always talks about," said Lewandowski.

Mobile Police say they will have 50 to 60 officers working the event, in addition to Mr. Trump's private security detail and event security.

As for any unexpected surprise guests, celebrity, or bald eagle appearances, according to Trump's campaign manager, "you're gonna have to wait and see."

Lol I live in bama and heard this on radio this morning, on radio they said original venue held 1,500. He's only moving because he realizes a venue holding so little people looks bad for what he's trying to portray. While Sanders is packing in stadiums Trump wants to be on that list also. Not sure why you need to distribute free tickets, this is Alabama most showing up will be coming to see Trump the television media mogul, not Trump potential president, if he's smart he wont be reckless with the tongue here, but I wouldnt hold my breath on that one.

Yeah, sounds much more like a campaign stunt than an actual move out of necessity. That's ok, campaigns need stunts and good ones use them.

we will see what happens. You can't deny he's becoming more and more popular.

Tickets are being made available on an Eventbrite page for free. http://toponlinebookies.com/ Local police spokesman Terence Perkins confirmed to CNN that the City of Mobile Police Department is expecting at least 30,000 people to turn out.
