you finally admit you wouldn't recommend playing there...that's a step in the right direction...I really could give a flying **** whether or not you insult me because you are just a dicknose and everyone knows it...maybe one day you'll wake up on the right side of the bed and make some actual bets...

well, for one, I believe that WWTS was bought for 9 million...iit had 5 million in debt...debt like that is not a great sign...inn the report they had 4 million in "accounts receivables" that was very liberal in both it's estimation and from what area's it was to come from...

also, if a personal conversation with Bill Dozier isn't a good source, I don't know what is...

again, I'm not saying that they were ever in true danger of going out of business before this, just that they weren't doing as well as everyone thought they were financially..

WWTS has been slowly going down hill due to them not keeping up with change in the industry (reduced juice, early lines, re-load bonuses, etc.)...

pags - you're not talking about the balance sheet, that's what I'm asking about. The figures you are giving are the figures recently posted by SBR concerning the sale - this is not a balance sheet. You get the balance sheet from looking at Betcorp's accounts.

In your original statement, you said that you had seen the balance sheet of Betcorp for the last 2 years and studied it and came to the conclusion that they had problems. I just want to know which parts of the balance sheet gave you concerns. I'm not bothered about the conversation with Bill Dozer or the figures posted by SBR John - I want to know specifically what concerned you about the balance sheet.

Well, I'm concerned in that they seem to be totally confused. Instead of talking about money, they appear to be focusing exclusively on weight. Now I watch The Biggest Loser each week and I'm pretty sure that's the only place where you can make money by losing pounds.

I am not an accountant, I've got a portfolio at all and know just enough to spot stuff like free cash flow and unique accounting tricks...I can not say specifically that one particular item stood out in their report, but the way they listed their income and debt was a bit tricky...I think my point is proved with their sale...I have been saying for over the last year that these guys were overrated at A+...
