Has to have the right perks. Maybe customize the offering towards which subforum people hang out in most. Like in players-talk the ability to give another poster a hour time out, or a boost in the poster of month rankings. Or in Poker offer free daily buy in; guarantee spot in the big tournaments; or and I'm sure this would be a biggie the ability to play in SNG's.
