I just made a 3k deposit with them after doing my research (with a 3k cash bonus and 3k free play bonus). The D rating scared me off, but spoke with enough guys and read enough reviews to give me the confidence to at least give them a chance. Was originally going to deposit more, but didnt want to take that big of a gamble with a site that has that low of a rating by sbr.. So far, customer service has been good

Wouldn't worry about the ratings to much when GT gets a B and Vice gets a D have to take them with a grain of salt!

1 vice is garbage - I made the mistake of doing the 500$ get 500$ free and free play. I looked at the lines and saw it looked like they had everything so went for it. I then made the deposit and if you like to bet tennis or golf forget about it. Zero lines all week for golf and its a major coming up - no head to head no round 1. No nfl futures nothing. Can't bet a tennis match 3 hours before it starts at 10am? there is just no line for any WTA matches. Definitely do your research cause it appears they have everything but when you select golf or tennis etc no lines come up. If all you do is bet baseball and football etc its fine unless you don't want to bet a future lol. Or want to bet a game 2 days before the game starts.

Are you sure that is correct? Never heard of any book giving out 100% cash with only 3x rollover. Are you sure it isn't 100% cash and 30x rollover or 10% cash 3x rollover?

They don't provide details of the required rollover in their published terms, but rather say Email them "for specific bonus rules".

Considering their terms also contain multiple warnings that they will retain your deposit if they think you breach their terms as well as not setting out the full bonus rules... I would put them in the not with a 10 foot pole box personally.

Simplest way to calculate. Send them a 1000 dollars, you get 1000 in free plays and 1000 cash. So now you have 3000 invested. You have to bet 12 times 3000 or 36000 in wagers to reach the rollover requirement. If it is a fly by night operation that is enough time to either take your grand or go under and come back under a different name. Only do a 12 time rollover with a reliable book.

Tell Customer service about it. I had the same problem with the bet menu showing something available, but when you clicked on it, nothing. Perhaps it's a default setting for new accounts? Anyway, after I notified them, it was fixed immediately.

DSI rollover is typically ridiculous

A lot of people are going to bet at the there anyways so its just an increase to the balance. With some of the new books mentioned in this thread or the ones that have put players on payment plans because they won too much, players want to roll faster. Folks who can get in and out of a high risk books fast make a lot of money. Some players got rich off it in the early days.

Do you have record of them saying they will cover your fee? Deposit fees with a bonus is like a free sandwich with a fly in it. You gotta be hungry to eat it, leaves a bad taste and you probably arent coming back to that restaurant.
