How many times do I have to tell you guys that I'm like a supervisor in the back room? Supervisors make like 80 cents more an hour and we don't have to deal with customers.

When there is a employee dispute I deal with. Many problems pop up during the day and I deal with them.

Do you guys time each order? If so, is it your job to make sure they hit a certain average time elapsed? I always wondered what they did with those timers I see in the restaurants.
