I use to love Indy racing intel the split. Don't even hardly look at it anymore.

You guys have no idea what you're missing. The hospitality tents that you get access to with a pit pass are the best eats in racing. Plus, open-wheel road courses are the absolute best, those guys flat out tach nuts. I used to go every year to the CART race at Portland Int'l. Speedway, it was a highlight of the Rose Festival for me.
Anyhow, I've only got one bet on the race. 5Dimes is my primary out, and they don't have the greatest racing prices, and sadly IRL is especially poor. That being said, I like the value of Ryan Briscoe over Tony Kanaan at -105. Briscoe won the second Le Mans race on this course last year, and I think he's got a better feel for the turns and passing opportunities over Kanaan. Race is on Versus, boys, make sure you catch at least a lap or two.

I haven't watched any NASCAR today. Tuned into the IRL.
Thought I was going to jail an hour ago when the police knocked on the door and were looking for someone else. They were ready to grab me it seemed. 2 times in a month the police have spoken to me. Wonder if the 3rd time will be a charm?

Yeah, the NASCAR race has been a disappointment so far. I mean, the race has been alright, but Truex is a lap down and really frustrating me. I hate when I zero in on a dark horse and then he doesn't even put in a good effort.
I agree, good racing in St. Petes, much more entertaining to watch. I'd like to note that Briscoe has the lead right now too. Even with bad lines IRL is such an easy way to make money.
Best of luck with avoiding the police, Genny. It sounds like you've got the ability to put out of your mind the fact that you're wanted when you talk to them. That's about the best skill you can have, and I trust it will continue to serve as a cloak for you.

A woman was beaten with a hammer Sunday, leading to two arrests.
The Police Department responded to a reported fight at 2:10 pm Sunday in the 800 block of Cottage Avenue. Officers found a 20 year old female victim who had reportedly been battered by a hammer.
She was transported to Regional Hospital for treatment of a head injury. Although her current condition is unavailable, she was conscious and verbal at the scene.
According to police reports, the woman and a male friend were at the Cottage Avenue home and were confronted by the woman's ex-boyfriend, Jeremy Weed, 22. Weed and the male victim got into a fight.
Ashley Fields, 25, accompanied Weed to the home and when the female victim attempted to stop the fight she was attacked by Fields.
The assault ended when a neighbor intervened.
Weed and Fields left the scene prior to the PD's arrival but were later located and taken into custody.
Weed has been preliminarily charged with invasion of privacy and misdemeanor battery. He was released on $505 bond Sunday.
Fields, of 1023 Pennsylvania Avenue, has been preliminarily charged with felony battery and misdemeanor battery. She remained in Jail Monday morning in lieu of $7,505 bond.
