Check out World Cup (soccer) qualifying and you'll have the answer. As a basic example, Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland all try to qualify separately despite their all being the United Kingdom.

Having PR play the United States made me think that California might field a team next year as well. I was at the game on Saturday and no matter who won, the United States won ... I think PR wants to be independent, but like a teenager, they don't want the responsibility of paying their own bills

i'm not, nor have PR family.. but the ones I know locally are stingy mf's and crybabies when they wanna make a deal for something.. fvcken annoying..

but they got some serious $$.. even the "poorer" ones work as truckers and get $2-$3000 a week.. no welfare here.. guess in texas, PR's have to work for their cash (as compared to NY?)
