Lohse hit a couple guys and then threw one behind the pitcher.
None of them were at all intentional, they were all with 0 outs or guys on base.
Gibson was crying about it.
7th inning, D-backs clinging to a 4-3 lead, Brewers have 2nd n 3rd with 1 out.
They are going to intentionally walk Braun obviously.
Montero doesn't give a sign and Marshall throws it behind Braun and misses.
Ump walks out, asks him what happened.
Next pitch, Montero doesn't put down a sign again, and Marshall hits him right in the ass.
Marshall ejected immediately.
Next batter Lucroy. BOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
Grand fkn slam.
Gibson is just awful as a manager.
Twrrible call to hit him in that spot, even though you're going to walk him anyways, but you give them way too much motivation after that.
Lucroy crosses home plate and the whole Brewers bench was pointing and laughing at Gibson.
Hilarious stuff, you will see it all on Sportscenter.
Love it. I obviously am all over the Brewers here, so it made it even sweeter.
Look for some kind of action in this game tomorrow if the Brewers don't decide to bean someone before this game is over.
A good manager has patience and waits for the right spot to not blow a game and give the team behind any sort of extra motivation.
I am guessing Roenieke will be throwing at them in tomorrow's game instead, unless Brewers open the lead up here a couple more runs.
