i have no pick today up and i'm not at 5. i think you only get 1 award per streak so you wont be awarded the freeplay until you lose.

edit: a shitload of possible picks just showed up. all mlb and the nba game.

Picks aren't put up 'til late morning (eastern time for me), you haven't received an award because you're streak is active.

Since you failed to meet the real money bet requirement I believe you're eligible for a pro-rated amount (5%). Contact customer service, sure they'll take care of it.

Betting Streaks of 10 wins will be awarded a $250 Valued Item.

Betting Streaks of 15 wins will be awarded a $500 Valued Item.

Betting Streaks of 25 wins will be credited $2500 Cash Reward.

Betting Contest Winner of the month will be credited a $1000 Free Play*.

I've hit 5 and I'm not sure what happens now. Do you receive the $100 FP once you lose (assuming you don't make it to the next prize bracket)? I've asked live help twice and didn't really get a concrete response besides them telling me I will receive an email and its been two days. I don't want to lose the 6th and be told that I was supposed to cash in the prize once hitting 5...Thanks.

Just received the same email, so I may be wrong as far as prize eligibility. When I get home I'll contact 5Dimes and find out if multiple prizes can be won during the same streak (5. 10, etc.) or if accepting a prize nullifies any future prize for same streak. The email sent to those with 5 wins is just informational, a list of prizes you are eligible for if you should lose before getting to 10 wins. According to customer service, if your streak is still active you couldn't accept a prize if you wanted to. The email is misleading, stating your eligible for the 5-streak prize, please choose 1 and respond by email. Somebody should have proofread before sending. Are your guy's 5 win streaks from this month? I have 6 so far, I'm gonna shoot for 10. I think that should do it for the longest streak of the month but I'm probably severely underestimating the 5dimes clientele.

Well if that's the case I'm going for the freeplay also. Live chat's interpretation is contradictory to the email, I'll give it another try tomorrow before pulling the trigger. Just don't want to find out later that accepting the 5-streak prize voids any additional prizes for the same streak. You wouldn't think so, but books do crazy shit all the time. Looks like you are correct, sir. Got my freeplay within a few minutes. Asked about additional prizes for extended streaks but no response. Cross that bridge if I get to it (6 and counting). Good luck, and thanks for the update.
