Sterling didn't become a billionaire by being insane and an idiot. If he steadfastly refuses to sell no matter what, the value of his asset will be killed, even if he ultimately "wins", which would take years. He can't "win" this. He will come to that realization before long. He will do some legal things to maximize value, but ultimately he will sell before next season.
