technically, TO is not a good fit anywhere, but lynch is a top 5 rb i think. they have a good defense. they have deep threats at wr, so TO can still be number 1. they have a garbage qb, but i think its a good fit if TO isnt a dick.

but then , when is TO ever not a dick

if he had problems with garcia, mcnabb, and romo, he aint gonna like edwards and loshman

As a Bills fan, I love the signing, the team needed to make a splash and Owens' track record is great in his first season, and that's all Buffalo is getting him for. He's going to look for money next season and be on his best behavior

Owens, 1 year 6.5 million
Coles, 4 years 28 million

Seems like a bargain to me.

Don't watch much football do you? Trent Edwards is an above average QB, Bills first 6 games, they go 5-1, his rating is about 95, he gets the vicious hit, misses three games, fights injuries the rest of the season. QB is not the Bills' problem

This deal actually makes some sense. The Bills need some exposure, they probably need to relocate from Buffalo permanently. Plus, they're an 8-8 team again this year and might as roll the dice with a wildcard like Owens. It won't work, but at least fun to sit back & watch the meltdown.

If Bills had a better QB that would be a playoff team.. I think they will be tough with Owens as the guy produces.

you can choose to use his first 5 or 6 games as a sample of why he is good, i can use the last 5 or 6 as to why he is not. i have seen him live at stanford. this is not a good qb. but yes, i do watch plenty. im sure there are about 500 qbs who had nice 5 game runs, does that make them all good? edwards is horrid,. watch the mnf game at home vs cleveland again. thanks

The biggest issue will be Owens' drops. An NFL calibre WR simply cannot drop the ball. If Owens continues to drop the ball, it doesn't matter who is throwing the ball.

How'd that work out for the 49ers, Eagles & Cowboys? Besides, Owens is absolutely on the back end of his career & his talent is waning. Talent doesn't win in the NFL, teams do.

Agreed. TO is a year older a year slower and very likely not motivated. Yes, the Bills have more talent but the team is not better with TO imo.
