You have to be kidding. There is more danger and athleticism involved in those snow boarding events than the majority of all Olympic events, both summer and winter.

How is this relevant to betting ? All athletes will be living and competing in the same conditions. The reports of no running water, etc. are pretty much overhyped as usual: the slimy journos have to report on something to earn their kip. From what I hear the room size is actually much bigger than usual for the Olympic venues. The organizers probably stole most of the allotted money, but even what was left is humongous enough to build decent accommodations.

You might wanna read up on things a bit more. There's a ton of shit going on. And a new story pops up every day.

Stories and pictures on the net of places WITH RUNNING WATER that looked like urine. Terrorists a hop away. The Olympics are just a money grab for the host country. Even a dump like Russia can get it with the proper bribes and needed politics, and this place is suppose to be near a resort type area LOL. How can any athlete focus and perform in a shit hole environment like that? I'm rooting for the terrorists to blow up a bus with politicians in it.

If I had to nominate the best winter Olympics ever I would choose Lillehammer followed by Lake Placid, Nagano & Albertville.
And the worst winter olympics were held in Salt Lake City.

Still 30% of tickets are unsold! Guess a good chunk of the WORLD not real big on this Olympics.
