Yeah, Her Aunt who is an attorney notified the TPD back In February that her client(Niece/Victim) would not pursue charges at the time against the alleged Perp. But now Aunt/Attorney has asked for all the evidence and reports. Is also said to be meeting with DA at some point soon. So who knows..

Yeah I am not sure what to make of it all., but what I do know is many in Tally said Winston actually stepped in and stopped a guy that was feelin on some girl at a party. Not sure if this is the same occurrence of what this case is about.

Yeah so after todays fiasco and TPD getting called out. There is now way IMO that the state attorney, wouldn't charge him now. Unless he wants public and media scrutiny. Winson Guilty or not. DA would be better off letting a jury decide than having it on his hands.
