minnesota+7 was a strong pick. Dr Bob had it as a 3 star play tonight. From what I understand he has a system. The two houston plays probably don't equate accurately losing harden. It doesn't behoove him to try to give 5 bad picks and it isn't easy to pick 5 games to lose or everyone would be able to predict a side if that was the case.

Reality is that everyone, even cappers, are bound to have bad nights. Even Vegas has bad nights. It's a system, not a time machine, making it fallible. It happens. Now, if you weren't foolish enough to throw your whole bankroll at tonight's bets, we can wait and see how tomorrow plays out. I saw 2 good weeks and 2 bad days in this thread. Good tradeoff imo. I'm wounded tonight, but still alive. After the last few days I have learned only 1 thing; I'm glad I'm not a capper on SBR because the freeloaders are brutal.

Jay$$$ I'm not mad, maybe we all expected him to win big every night, our expectations were unrealistic to say the least. His plays pst tomorrow I will play them, this time a more realistic bet, not Moneys fault I lost some money, I take full responsibility. I hope Money can come back.

I'm in the same boat as you. I started believing he was automatic money. I put down $100 on each bet tonight, so I'm hurting, but not mad or upset. As a gambler who's lost a lot I know losing is a real possibility.. but man it still sucks!

Anybody that would send a total stranger money for picks after a 50 game sample should not be betting.

There is lots of honest, great cappers here to follow like niño, Russian rocket, and greenhippo.

Everyone has bad nights. This is why you shouldn't escalate your bets. And now what do you do, bring it back down and lock in a loss or keep going hard? In the guy who bet 100$ case, I'm going to guess you don't have a 3-10k bankroll and say bring it back down to something reasonable.

Sorry to anyone who parlayed part of their bets on the houston side/total, looks like I was oversimplifying things after all

Sounds good, BUT you were hassling this guy since the very beginning. Before we offered him money, before he considered accepting, before he even had a chance to prove anything you were in the thread making accusations. Did you give everyone else hassle when they started too? Do you play Big Brother on SBR and protect us from ourselves? Sounds noble.

Protect and serve us by making us some money. So far MoneyMe has you beat by a grand including tonight's losses.

I'm not for sure, but I think this thread is still very much alive. Boeing assassinated MoneyMe's character and killed him in the SBR realm, but his spirit might make picks tomorrow through another vessel. We got connects to the man himself. If he decides to throw picks out dontbetknicks or maybe even me (I feel so important...haha) might throw them up for you guys. Follow with caution because of course we now know MoneyMe is capable of having bad days. Even very bad days.

These guys have been on the forum for a while so I trust their judgement, as they have said they have seen this many times before.
A few things that could happen:
1. How are you going to pay moneyme? Cash boom gone. Credit, hello identity theft! Paypal, semi safe but no guarantees on him giving you picks.
2. Don't put so much faith in a guy thats been picking for 2 weeks!!!! Betting can be streaky as fuuuck, I follow rocket who is a great hockey capper THAT DOESN'T ASK FOR MONEY, he is damn good and has had a 20 game heater, but also an 2/10 day that broke some bankrolls of the tailers.
3. As its been stated many times before you need a valid sample size to even begin to gauge validity, if you know anything about statistics you would probably need at least 100 picks in which he hits at more than a 60% clip in to have significant statistical power, validating a p<.05
4. Shadyness factor, this guy screams shady with his posts, especially the ones about being offered money for picks, not to mention the likely ghost accounts. The admins probably just saved you some money honestly, if you are too blind, or just plain stupid, to see that you should't be betting.

This guys a false tout, how can you apply a basketball system to hockey in a matter of days? Do you know how much data would have to be inputted just to begin crunching numbers?

I love how people here tell us how we should or should not be placing bets based on what they think is acceptable. None of us have any real expertise or we wouldn't be wasting time in this place. I don't care how long you've been handicapping. I thought the forum rules said not to discuss money but yet there is post after post of so called experts telling me what I should or should not do with my $50.

This whole thing seemed very personal right from the start. Long before any talk of money or ghost accounts or anything we was called a scammer and tout, whatever the hell that means. How dare some new guy post picks without make 20 useless post a day for years first.
