Ahh like a dumb c*nt I didn't make any straight bets I just threw up parlays and the combination of: Hawks, Lakers, Wiz, and Canucks getting upset messed everything up, looking at a bunch of 3/4's 4/5's that are killing me.

Well, a night that we went under .500 (which has been VERY rare) and we managed to have a very good day $$$-wise. I hope people were watching as I continued to pump the ML as the game got out of hand......and tailed of course.

Dude, I told you that the Hawks weren't a good bet and that the Wiz could easily lose SU.....(I wish I had put a few bucks on it). Parlay's are an occassional, fun shot.....not every day plays.....

I looked hard at this game and passed. Carolina is just too erratic for my liking. 2 for 35 on the power play in their last 11 games. I hope it hits for you though.

Thanks Nino, I like the history they have, I like how Carolina has been overcoming injury issues, I like the way Stall is playing.....and I love the way Florida is playing (in a negative way). It may go to OT or CAR may win by a goal and I will break even, but I think it is a +EV play more than a negative.

Funny....I stared at both Mtl and Pit ML's but wasn't able to pull the trigger.....I have a tendency to forget the (in REG) aspect because I am always looking at the reduced juice section. Tonight I like Pit more than I like Mtl, but overall I think both games have a decent shot of coming in, and it would be tough to believe neither of them would come in.

Well, I like all 4 at straight plays.....but to parlay 4 games like this....let's just say it's not my style. I hate going 2-2 or 3-1 and having a losing night.

I cannot call this my POD because I took it directly from El Nino`s thread. I had looked at the game, but decided I didn`t like the regular ML at -163.....but his suggestion to go Regulation was a great one.

D2D completely agree. Only time I do parlays is with big money lines like last night I did a bunch of 2 team parlays with either miami or Chicago NHL in them. But in reality I know its always better to take everygame straight, however its against my religion to lay that much chalk.

And congrats for last night. It's always fun to take an educated risk with the houses money.

I wish I did....as everyone knows the NBA is my bread and butter.....I want to bet the OKC game under, but every time I go to do that something tells me not to. I am also thinking that Sac-Town +9.5 is a good bet.

It feels funny that I didn`t look at the board and find anything that really hits the sweet spot. I don`t think I will try and force it tonight and may just leave the board alone. I will update you if that changes.
