#74ok men...here is my email to Heritage VERBATIM
Hello Heritage/Mike,
I was writing about my account with Heritage, #XXXXX. I had some issues in Late October and early November with it being compromised.
Let me summarize...
On October 23rd, when i woke up i logged into my account and when i was expecting to see 10,000 dollars, there was approx 2800 dollars there. I immediately called customer service and they indicated my account he been accessed by an IP in the Pennsylvania area over night and from what i could understand, the money was being transferred in and out of the casino. In the end i think the person ended up losing approx 200 dollars overall. The person who hacked in also called "Gabe" in customer Service and left a message which Murphy forwarded to me that same day, asking if i could identify the person who called, i could not, but he stated that he did indeed hack into my account, or got access and said that i owed Cris "6000 dollars". As it turns out i did owe Cris 6000 dollars going back to approx May 2006, this involved some company named Citidel and they were a processor back at that time. I didn't remember owing Citidel or Cris anything, but that is beside the point.
So after this Murphy said they took away my casino/poker room access, which i was fine with, i rarely if ever played there.
So everything was quiet after that until the morning of November 12th when a John from collections at cris called me and again claimed i owed them 6000 dollars and offered me a settlement for 2000. I told him i would get back to him and let him know. At that point he told me how much i had in my Heritage account, approx 6000 dollars and that i had taken about 7000 in withdrawals recently. He knew just about EVERYTHING about my account.
I proceeded to contact Murphy again, and he informed me that i had nothing to worry about with my account, and to not pay them anything, he stated that "any dealings i had with cris, or in regards to money owed elsewhere had NOTHING to do with my account at Heritage, and that my money was safe." So based on that, i sent John nothing.....
That evening i placed a large wager on Pittsburgh Money Line in Pro Football, and around 7 PM that night, i got a called from "Jay" in collections at cris. He was aware of my wager and thought i was "screwing with them, as the money in my account was their leverage". The wager won and my account was back to over 6K.
the following day, Nov 13th i again contacted Murphy and sent him the Voice mails i had gotten from John and Jay. Meanwhile all day my phone was ringing at my work desk and my cell phone, constantly, i never answered. Later that evening Murphy called me and said that after discussions, my account would be closed following that evenings wagers which were already placed.
So the morning of Nov 14th, Jay called me on my cell, i answered this time and he again had all my information, saying "mike at heritage will close my account, and i won't be able to play ANYWHERE offshore if i didn't settle my debt with him" He again made me the offer of 2000 via **, which i accepted and paid out to him. He confirmed everything an hour or so later and we had a decent conversation. He told me he had contacts inside Heritage that let him know what was going on with my account, wagers, balances, ETC. That Heritage and Cris/bookmaker were affiliated in some way after the merger with thegreek/betjam. He says i was ratted out to him by someone on the online forums (www.sbrforum.com). That was how my debt got to him after so many years. But he said i was a man of my word after i paid and that he would do everything he could to get my Heritage account reinstated, and that Mike would call me.
Murphy then called me later that morning to figure out how i wanted my funds handled, i told him to have them transferred to a new account i opened at 5Dimes. I explained to Murphy how much i loved playing at Heritage, you guys treated me very well, i love your book and its line offerings and bonuses/payouts, ETC. NO complaints with Heritage, i believe i was a good customer for you.
So my last follow up was with BetCris/Bookmaker. I spoke with "Victor" in their collections department on Nov 25th, checking to see that my account there was in good standing now, turns out "Jay" doesn't work for them, they never heard of him. I forwarded Victor the voice mails, copies of the ** Receipt that i sent for 2000 dollars, and he says it was a scam and to contact **. Of course, the money had been picked up that same day i sent it, Nov 14th. I have not heard from Jay since Nov 17th, when he called and said Mike would be in contact with me later the next week, of course this has no happened.
So I am writing my appeal to Mike, are you aware of these people? How is it they have had inside information about my account at Heritage, they knew EVERYTHING...Is it possible you can reinstate my account or at least allow me to open a NEW account totally separate from the old one. Even if i was scammed for the 2K, Jay and whoever he represents are satisfied and will not be bothering me again, regardless of the fact it did not appear to clear up my account at Cris/Bookmaker as intended.
I'd like to have the option to play here at Heritage, it is by far my favorite book.
Please let me know!!
Thanks

#82All I got from that story was...
You made up some character named "Jay" in your head...He told you that you had stiffed his book/processor back in the day for 6K...You said you didn't remember doing it, but you had agreed to settle on a price (because you figured it's likely true, because you're a piece of shit)
Nice.Comment -

It's obvious the books aren't "fine" since you have these stories about your money being fukked with every other month.
You should get a local...I'd like to see what type of games you'd play with them.Comment -

#86seriously brock if this is true then it is pretty clear it was a heritage employee acting like a cris person to take your money.. Why would you ** a debt that you are not sure that you owe. Citadel btw was a *************** company a lot of us americans used back in the day. They sucked. They use to double charge my account all the time and take forever to give me back my money.Comment -

#88Why do these things seem to happen to Landers more than anyone I've ever read about. Not saying it is or isn't true, but can one person have this much "misfortune" occur on such a regular basis? I know, karma and all that. Somewhere a credit union teller and Bad Nina are smiling, but come'on man, this is just too much.Comment -

Like most personality disorders, narcissism occurs to different degrees in different people and reveals itself in many ways. Many business leaders exhibit narcissism, although when present in excess, the short-term benefits are outweighed by long-term unsustainability which can, and often does, lead to disaster. The need for attention is paramount to the person with narcissistic personality disorder, and he or she will do anything to obtain that attention.
You could probrably find this loser in a case study or two.Comment -

1)Cris says they didn't get a god damn thing, that i was scammed and should contact W U and tell them so i can get my money back (impossible at this point, was picked up an hour after i sent it on Nov 14th)
2)Heritage closed my account and won't let back in no matter what the facts of the case are...So i'm screwed there.
Bottom line
I paid out 2 dimes, we (Jay and I) settled, WHAT was settled, i am not sure cause as far as Cris/Bookmaker is concerned, i still owe them. 6 Dimes. My Heritage Account is toast, Jay said he "guaranteed" he will get me back in there, i've not gotten any phone calls from him since Sat Nov 17th...he vanished the same way he appeared, out of nowhere.
It seems like it ended up a lose/lose for me, with the only exception i am not being harassed day and night by Jay and John from "Cris Collections"....these guys were calling my cell and work phone every 5 mins
So like i said when i started the thread, Jay give me a call!Comment -

#105So how about charges brought on the multiple people who have hacked/scammed you? Right, we are just going to ignore trying to get justice with 10s of thousands of dollars on the line.Comment
