                  Hope all is well we upgraded to a new software version , you must log in typing your password with all caps.

                  Overnight lines on all sports , larger track selection on our racebook are a few things that you will see in the next 24 hours.

                        I already noticed they had Scottish soccer and totals for Tommorow. Fantastic and also the racebook will be huge. I wondered why yesterday I actually had change in my account to bet with

                                  i have to admit , watching men complaint about every single detail on this forum like girls has really driven me away from SBR. These guys are one of the most customer oriented shops with great payouts and every single detail very freakin posters screams " Murder" !!

                                  I love BI because they have done things for me that other books havent , they have yet to ever have a real complaint other than people bitching

                                        So I was off base to wonder? The website wasn't down. My log-in was working, but I was locked out, with a message to call CS. Safe to assume, you have never experienced this before. But this is usually what happens when books no longer want your business. Also, wasn't middle of the night, it was in the middle of the 2nd half of Cavs game, which I had a large wager on at BI.

                                        So , in other words, fukk off.

                                          ive experienced it plenty of times, i just dont overreact (other books not BI)

                                          and srry ur feelings are so hurt, but wasnt referring to only u,

                                          was an overall statement from around here for months about all books, but especially BI cause most are just hoping for a freebie

                                              I'm an application/web administrator at work. I can't take down products the business uses without first communicating to them what is happening. I don't see why people can't expect the same from their book. Most books will let you know if they are going to do system maintenance, upgrades, or take down any portion of the system with an E-mail or a banner on the page. There is no excuse for poor communication. Not to mention all the live chats and phone calls you are getting, which can't be that easy to handle. Is it that hard to put up a banner and send out an e-mail? Answer is no. You have shit IT guys Jon.

                                                im just referring to the overreactions that go on here everytime at any book has a glitch (not just BI, but they get most flack latley it seems)

                                                didnt say it wasnt wrong not to communicate, i totally agree, but its also not the end of the world like "some" make it out to be on a daily basis here everytime something small happens

                                                  a book should tell customers before going down for any maintenance pinnacle used to be real good at this when i was able to use them. just put a message up the day before the hours you are going to be down and then nobody is surprised.

                                                  are the phones undergoing maintenance too? no answer at customer service or wagering.

                                                    Same old bullshit song and dance....last Monday while at work tried to get on support for 2 hours to make a deposit to no avail.....next day on support waited on hold for 15 minutes asking when the NBA lines get posted....got hung up on, and was told by the GM...I was just put on hold....just this last Sunday nobody answering live chat again....I know I know....upgrades upgrades upgrades....adding more to the cart yea yea yea I know the story....constant bullshit run-around.....seems other books can run smooth, without all these hassles....book was once one of the best...not sure about that anymore......but maybe I expect too much from a place where I put my money into.
